Leave the Empire and Join the Rebels!

Sooo, you studied Marketing or IT.  Then you got your first junior role and did the hard yards to progress up the corporate ladder only to eventually wake up one morning and say "I don't want to do this anymore".   

You are not alone, many professionals get into the industry because it seemed like a good idea when they were young or for any of the other usual family or peer pressures.

But once you have made that decision to get out, how can you use this knowledge in an entirely different role without having to start on the bottom rung of the ladder again? 

Here at White Bay we only hire ex tech or creative industry talent whom have maybe lost their passion for the hands on part of their role, but love the idea of consulting back to the industry they know well.
