Life before White Bay:

I was born and raised in South Africa before moving to Australia when I was 8 years old. I grew up in the Sutherland Shire (God’s Country) in my early days before moving to the North Shore.

I studied Commercial Strategy & Marketing at UOW before going on to complete my Masters in Management at USYD, where I specialised in Digital Strategy & Marketing. My career took on the natural path of Digital Consulting for companies like Accenture and Ernst & Young where I progressed my role through consulting services, strategy & implementation, Digital, Product & Customer Expereince.

My recruitment special power is:

I’ve been on the client side and candidate side and I think when it comes to finding the perfect person for the role there is much more than “skills/experience” that I’m looking for!
I look for “culture fit/add” and that is through taking my time to understand each and everyone of my clients and candidates. After all if you’re spending 40+ hrs a week in you want it to feel like home right?

I’m a strong advocate for Men’s Mental Health, This passion lead me to setting up a Men’s Personal Care & Grooming company with our core vision being to create awareness on this important topic.
