The Role
The Marketing Performance Director will be the driving force behind the agency’s performance marketing initiatives. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics. Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels.
- Oversee and optimize paid media campaigns, including search, social, display, and programmatic advertising.
- Collaborate with creative and technical teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Lead and manage a portfolio of the agency's top-tier marketing clients.
- Analyse campaign performance data, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering growth and development.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and manage marketing performance budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within performance marketing.
- 10+ years experience in Marketing, with experience executing marketing campaigns and strategies for 30+ clients.
- Agency experience.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and attribution models.
- Expertise in paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager. and programmatic advertising.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing teams and collaborating across departments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus.
