The Role


The PPC Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid search and display campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn. This role requires a candidate who is both creative and analytical, able to make data-driven decisions while crafting compelling ad content. Working closely with the broader marketing team, the PPC Specialist will focus on increasing ROI for various businesses, constantly refining and improving strategies to ensure optimal performance. Responsibilities


  • Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Continuously monitor and adjust campaign bids, targeting, and budgets to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad copy and visuals.
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and new advertising technologies.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align PPC efforts with broader marketing goals.


Requirements


  • Proven experience in managing successful PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc. and Ad Buying experience.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • B2B experience.
  • Expertise in keyword research, bid management, and A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other campaign tracking tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Google Ads certification or equivalent experience is an asset.
