Senior Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end customer onboarding, ensuring timely completion within SLAs.
  • Manage workflow approvals for new customer accounts, pricing, and credit limits.
  • Oversee the IO approval process, resolving issues with the Business Operations Manager.
  • Execute monthly invoicing, revenue actualisation, and debtor management processes.
  • Own vendor onboarding, revenue share reporting, and contractual processes.
  • Champion the travel and entertainment (T&E) process, expense management, and compliance reporting.
  • Maintain and improve operational documentation and Confluence pages.
  • Collaborate with finance teams for revenue, margin, and expense reporting.
  • Act as the key SAP subject matter expert, supporting transitions and financial operations.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis, procurement advice, and cost approval support.


Desired Skills and Attributes

  • 6+ years of operations or operational finance experience; digital media exposure preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA/CA qualified or currently pursuing certification.
  • Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills essential.
  • Salesforce experience desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator with cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus.
