The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Project Manager in Engineering and Manufacturing to oversee a range of architectural projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing every aspect of the project lifecycle, from initial concept through to final installation. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to work alongside diverse teams, solve complex problems, and deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and precision.


Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in construction, manufacturing, architecture, or related industries.
  • Hands-on experience with a variety of construction materials and fabrication techniques, including metals, woods, solid surfaces, acrylics, and fabrics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • A deep understanding of building systems, construction methods, and architectural detailing.
  • Proven ability to lead complex custom design/fabrication projects.
  • Expertise in managing client relationships and delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Proficiency in project management techniques, including timeline management and resource allocation.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on detailed documentation management.
  • Experience working with manufacturing teams to oversee production processes.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all phases of architectural projects, from design concept to final installation.
  • Handle administrative duties, ensuring adherence to company systems, policies, and protocols.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to protect stakeholders’ interests while aligning with project requirements.
  • Research and analyze resource requirements to support project needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain design and fabrication schedules, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Apply quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle to ensure top-tier deliverables.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and all relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage detailed project documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Source and secure materials, equipment, and services in line with project needs, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to align with project and company goals.
