Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client needs and ensure program solutions effectively address them.
  • Manage client projects, writing clear briefs, reviewing deliverables, and identifying risks proactively.
  • Maintain updated project plans and critical paths to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide diligent and proactive client communications, including WIP updates and meeting notes.
  • Assist with social media and content execution, from research to post management on platforms.
  • Collaborate with teams, partners, and suppliers to ensure seamless project alignment.
  • Develop presentation decks, post-campaign reports, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Build strong client relationships to foster growth and trust.


Desired Skills and Attributes

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
  • Strong understanding of campaign development and production processes.
  • Proficiency in project management, including critical paths and plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet competing deadlines.
  • A Marketing, Communications, or Business degree.
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
