Job description

Key Responsibilities
- Understand client needs and ensure program solutions effectively address them.
- Manage client projects, writing clear briefs, reviewing deliverables, and identifying risks proactively.
- Maintain updated project plans and critical paths to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide diligent and proactive client communications, including WIP updates and meeting notes.
- Assist with social media and content execution, from research to post management on platforms.
- Collaborate with teams, partners, and suppliers to ensure seamless project alignment.
- Develop presentation decks, post-campaign reports, and recommendations for improvement.
- Build strong client relationships to foster growth and trust.
Desired Skills and Attributes
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
- Strong understanding of campaign development and production processes.
- Proficiency in project management, including critical paths and plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet competing deadlines.
- A Marketing, Communications, or Business degree.
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
