The Role

As an Account Manager, the individual will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with clients, from initial engagement through to closing. They will act as a trusted advisor, identifying client needs and collaborating with internal teams to exceed expectations. The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in client development and retention, working closely with the Managing Director to ensure client satisfaction and the delivery of impactful digital solutions.


The Responsibilities

  • Establish and demonstrate the value of the agency’s products and services in helping clients achieve their business objectives.
  • Lead meetings, presentations, and workshops, guiding clients from discovery through to strategy development.
  • Create clear, concise, and compelling sales messages tailored to the right decision-makers.
  • Navigate power dynamics within client organizations to establish relationships with qualified decision-makers.
  • Build trust and credibility quickly with clients, knowing when to ask for help and when to lead with confidence.
  • Guide clients through the sales cycle, uncovering unmet needs, making recommendations, presenting concepts, and ensuring the delivery of impactful results.
  • Advise clients on strategic planning for campaigns to maximize their impact.
  • Represent client interests in creative meetings, offering strategic insights while working with the team to execute on those ideas.
  • Collaborate with remote teams to manage project workloads and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences, networking to build awareness and generate new business opportunities.


The Requirements

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Account Management, preferably within a fast-paced technology environment or customer-facing role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital production processes.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to take responsibility for client needs and deliver results.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and administrative skills.
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to leverage research and data to solve problems.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Hubspot, Google Marketing Platform, social media management platforms, and SEO planning tools is a plus.
  • Experience creating professional proposals and delivering presentations.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in using AI models like ChatGPT to enhance and elevate work output.
