Marketing Manager | B2B | Established SaaS Start-up | Hybrid (Montreal) | $100k + Bonus (5%) + Equity

The Role

As the Marketing Manager, you’ll take a hands-on approach to developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition. Working closely with the VP of Marketing and the Content Manager, you’ll lead integrated campaigns, create impactful content, and collaborate with sales and business development teams to deliver highly qualified leads. This hybrid role, based in Montreal, offers the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, with office days from Tuesday to Thursday. The Responsibilities

  • Campaign Development & Execution: Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to design and implement integrated campaigns that align with revenue goals and generate qualified leads.
  • Content Creation & Dissemination: Develop and distribute compelling content across multiple channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising, ensuring maximum audience engagement.
  • Agency Collaboration: Build and maintain productive relationships with external marketing agencies to ensure high-quality execution of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Marketing Automation & Paid Media: Manage marketing automation workflows, optimize email campaigns, and oversee paid media efforts on platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure marketing initiatives directly contribute to business objectives by closely collaborating with the sales and business development teams.
  • Visual Design & Tools: At least a basic understanding of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite with an eye for design.
  • Experimentation & Growth: Stay curious and proactive, experimenting with new tools and strategies to keep marketing efforts fresh and effective.


The Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or a startup environment. Experience managing agency relationships is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, email platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and paid media platforms like LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
  • Proven ability to create compelling written and visual content, with at least basic proficiency in tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Deep understanding of how marketing drives revenue growth, with a focus on creating measurable impact.
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally with sales, business development, and external agencies.
  • Exposure to the real-estate industry is ideal, but not required.
  • An MBA will be highly regarded.
  • Fluency in English is required; bilingual proficiency in French is a plus.
