Key Responsibilities

• Lead the bid and proposal process for military and defense contracts, ensuring high-quality submissions.
• Identify viable bid opportunities and manage the full lifecycle from assessment to submission.
• Develop and review commercial aspects of bids, ensuring compliance with defense procurement regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, finance, legal, and technical teams to align bids with business strategy.
• Manage vendor portals and maintain accurate bid documentation.
• Ensure bid responses meet corporate guidelines, legal requirements, and government standards.

Desired Skills and Attributes

• Experience in military or defense contracts is essential.

• 3-5+ years of experience in bid management, sales operations, or deal desk roles.
• Exceptional written communication skills, particularly in government tender responses.
