With this mission in mind, we're looking to grow our team! In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing integrated marketing campaigns from beginning to end.

You can confidently brainstorm, envision, and execute great brand experiences. You enjoy figuring out how to reach different people in other places through the creative and clever use of various marketing strategies. Responsibilities
- Independently design and execute original, creative, and effective campaigns that align with our brand’s mission to promote our products, with a people-first mindset
- Research and understand the category, competitor activity, and consumer demand of each product and target audience
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders including our in-house creative, marketing, regulatory, and sales teams, and other key individuals to properly plan and execute cross-functional campaigns
- Plan for each stage of the customer journey while developing creative promotions
- Write creative briefs for a wide range of assets including video, educational graphics, digital, print, short-, and long-form content. These creative briefs will be used by our internal creative services team and other stakeholders.
- Follow campaigns through from concept to roll out, including reviewing collateral, tracking milestones, managing stakeholders, ensuring smooth implementation, tracking results, and evaluating success
- At first, you will contribute to and collaborate on campaigns, with the expectation of spearheading your own down the line
Requirements
- Degree or credentials in Marketing or related discipline
- A background or experience in natural health and wellness
- Extremely creative, energetic, and personable
- Top-notch communication skills - you connect with others easily and can always find common ground
- Experience collaborating with graphic designers and copywriters an asset
- You enjoy being at in-person events and thrive on making new connections
- Experience with project management and coordination
- Understanding project management software is an asset
- Must be based in the GTA and able to come into the office periodically
