Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support all aspects of business application systems, including ERP/M3 Integrations, SQL Web Development, and cloud technologies like Azure and AWS.
• Ensure high availability of critical business systems and drive continuous improvement in ERP system implementation and support.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide support on the utilisation of data generated by business systems.
• Determine, recommend, and implement upgrades for key business applications.
• Develop strong business insights and ensure protocols for business systems analysis and design.
• Establish and implement best-practice standards for business systems and support user needs in a timely manner.

Desired Skills and Attributes

• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or related fields.
• Certification in Project Management is advantageous.
• Strong business acumen with solid knowledge of ERP systems and associated technologies.
• Experience in systems analysis, design, and development.
• Proficient in ERP system management, SQL Server, TSQL, and object-oriented programming (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with integration technologies (SOAP, REST API).
• Excellent communication skills to support and collaborate with business stakeholders.
