The Role:

They are seeking a skilled Campaign Manager with a focus on paid media strategy to join their team. In this role, you’ll oversee the daily operations of digital campaigns, working closely with the Account Team to establish and execute effective strategies that meet client objectives. This is a full-time, six-month contract based in Pickering, ON, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role. The initial three months will be on-site Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, after which the role may transition to a hybrid schedule, with two days in-office weekly.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and paid social media, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital reporting, tagging, tracking, and analytics with a working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Proven experience managing substantial client budgets with a focus on growth and lead generation.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver strategic insights through Google platforms and internal dashboards.
  • Google Certification, with a commitment to staying current on industry best practices and trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns to maximize ROAS and align with clients’ goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Team and internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive strategies and effective communication.
  • Develop both long-term and short-term paid search strategies that drive client success and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Regularly monitor campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Provide in-depth analytics and strategic insights to clients, helping to refine their digital marketing approaches.
  • Ensure all campaigns meet technical compliance standards and best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, establishing trust and credibility as a knowledgeable advisor in paid media.
