Client Solutions Manager

A global leader in innovative advertising solutions is expanding its team in Victoria to enhance its customer-first operations. With cutting-edge technology and proprietary audience data, this company empowers brands to reach their target audience across various devices seamlessly. Due to the rapid growth of its advertising business, the company is looking for a dedicated Client Solutions Manager to ensure client success and drive campaign performance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales to manage accounts through all campaign stages, from product education to final reporting.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service.
  • Educate clients on advertising solutions, ensuring campaigns align with client KPIs.
  • Lead campaign kick-off meetings and manage timelines, keeping communication clear and efficient.
  • Collaborate with Ad Operations to ensure smooth campaign delivery and performance.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the company’s ad platform to provide insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services.
  • Work with Marketing and Insights teams to offer tailored solutions that meet client objectives.

 

Desired Skills and Attributes:

  • 4-6 years of experience in client services, campaign management, or ad operations in a revenue-generating role.
  • Strong understanding of digital and programmatic advertising landscapes.
  • Proven experience in managing digital advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency with ad technology tools and platforms, including DSPs, DMPs, and ad servers.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines.
  • Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
