Creative Lead | Paid Search and Social | Creative briefs |Men's Digital Healthcare Platform | in-office (Toronto) | $80,000 - $90,000 CAD
The Company
This Toronto-based company acts as a Digital Healthcare Platform for men, dedicated to improving the relationship men have with their health, while building the future of patient-centric healthcare in Canada from diagnosing to delivery. They provide an easy interface for users to chat with doctors online and easily help them to fulfill their pharmacy orders. Started by an ex-Uber exec, think of their platform as the Uber of pharmaceutical care, connecting physicians to suitable patients, ultimately delivering the prescribed medication directly to their door, both conveniently and confidentially.
The Role
They're looking for an experienced Creative Lead who is accustomed to formulating briefs for paid search and social campaigns. This role is all about creative strategy and ideation, not implementation. Crafting compelling marketing copy and consistent brand assets are key to the role, contributing to their constantly evolving brand identity. This role works closely with the Marketing and Growth departments to gain insight and understanding of their brand and goals for success. This role is a 100% in-office position based in Toronto.
Responsibilities
- Multidisciplinary copywriter, taking projects from concept to execution across a wide range of disciplines
- Creative work that is also impactful - hit key performance metrics (e.g. click-through rate, conversion rate, activation rate) while keeping the user and our brand in mind
- Be a brand guardian, ensuring consistency and high standards are met across all our collateral
- Contribute thoughtful and elegant copy ideas to help drive our social media presence forward and set us apart from the competition
- Formulate creative briefs for the marketing team to follow
- Be a self-starter. As a resourceful and resilient self-starter, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where initiative and innovation are required
Qualifications
- Experience as a copywriter with 3+ years with a focus on the ideation of paid search and social campaigns
- An outstanding team contributor who can provide a thoughtful viewpoint on brand and marketing copy in a flexible and easygoing way—you are well-versed in giving and receiving feedback constructively
- Previous experience formulating creative briefs for creative/marketing teams
- Agency or client side experience with small-to-medium sized brands who create the bulk of their revenue from paid search and social
- Experience formulating campaigns with large budgets
- Exposure to a wide variety of mediums from print to TV is preferred, providing you have strengths in paid search and social.
- You care about men’s health and have a personal connection to the space
