The Role:


The Creative Strategist will be responsible for developing compelling marketing campaigns that drive traffic, increase conversions, and build customer loyalty. Blending creativity with analytics, this role will oversee everything from brand positioning and ad creatives to email marketing and influencer collaborations. Working closely with design, product, and paid media teams, this strategist will craft performance-driven content, optimize landing pages, and execute campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and email marketing. With a focus on growing brand visibility and revenue, this position plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s digital presence.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and refine brand storytelling, ensuring consistency across all digital channels.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions, and seasonal events.
  • Plan and optimize ad creatives, copy, and formats for high-converting paid media campaigns.
  • Conduct audience research to develop detailed customer personas and targeted messaging.
  • Optimize landing pages for conversions through engaging copy, CTAs, and mobile-friendly design.
  • Manage email and SMS marketing strategies, including segmentation and automation.
  • Oversee UGC and influencer collaborations to enhance brand credibility and reach.
  • Develop platform-specific content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, adjusting strategies for improved ROAS and CLV.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and paid media teams to align brand and performance goals.


Requirements:


  • Experience in digital marketing, brand storytelling, and e-commerce campaign strategy.
  • Strong copywriting skills for ad creatives, product descriptions, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in paid media platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize accordingly.
  • Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and best practices for increasing online conversions.
  • Understanding of influencer marketing, UGC strategies, and social media trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.
  • Passion for e-commerce, branding, and driving measurable growth.
