The Role:
They are seeking an enthusiastic, self-driven professional who thrives on seeing their clients succeed. In this role, you’ll be part of a high-performance, cross-functional team focused on delivering exceptional results in Paid Search, Social Media, and SEO. This is a hybrid position based in Pickering, ON, where you’ll enjoy a collaborative office setting two days a week, along with the flexibility to work from home. Requirements:
- A university or college diploma in a relevant field, with at least 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Paid Search, Display, and Remarketing, along with a strong understanding of SEO, Social Media, and Marketing Automation.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills, with a history of success in client management.
- A proactive and driven personality with a hands-on approach and a knack for managing multiple accounts and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and maintain client relationships, managing end-to-end account processes for clients across SMB, B2B, and B2C sectors.
- Develop and execute ad copy, testing plans, and special projects to support the team’s objectives.
- Utilize a range of proprietary and third-party tools to create data-driven deliverables and optimize client campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with clients to develop and implement their digital marketing strategies.
- Organize and lead client meetings, including presentations, conference calls, and on-site visits.
- Work with both internal and client teams to meet and exceed goals and objectives.
- Generate monthly performance reports, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to help clients achieve their KPIs.
- Proactively manage client needs, anticipating challenges and developing solutions as needed.
- Ensure accuracy and effectiveness in the execution of campaigns, maintaining budgets and timelines.
- Quickly gain an in-depth understanding of each client’s business and industry to provide valuable, tailored insights.
