The Role

They are seeking a Director of Technology Solutions to join their team. This pivotal role involves working closely with clients to deliver impactful IT support and advanced technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional consultative skills, a strong understanding of technology services, and a proven ability to sell value-driven solutions tailored to clients’ needs. With a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving business success and could potentially grow into a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) role.


Requirements

  • A proven track record in technical consulting, ideally within ERP/CRM, Managed IT services, or cloud solutions.
  • Expertise in consultative sales, including engaging with clients to deliver solutions that align with both technical and business requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of business applications, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT support tools and practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with decision-makers at various organizational levels.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms.
  • Exposure to leadership, mentorship, or management roles.
  • A consultative mindset with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities

Client Engagement and Consultative Selling

  • Serve as the primary client contact during the sales process, understanding their business challenges and technology needs.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to identify pain points and propose tailored technology solutions.
  • Lead the sales process by presenting proposals for services such as ERP, CRM, Managed IT, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
  • Build long-term relationships, positioning the company as a trusted partner in clients’ digital transformation journeys.

Solution Design and Delivery

  • Collaborate with internal consulting and technical teams to design and deliver scalable technology solutions.
  • Ensure solutions are robust, efficient, and aligned with client needs.
  • Guide clients through the implementation process, ensuring a seamless transition and excellent post-sale support.
  • Identify upselling opportunities to drive long-term client success.

Strategic Business Growth

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain the company’s competitive edge.
  • Provide feedback to refine service offerings and sales strategies.

Collaboration Across Teams

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials and client-facing documentation.
  • Maintain effective communication between clients and internal teams to meet project goals and quality standards.
