Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client consultations, ensuring venues are set to inspire and align with their event vision.
- Negotiate and convert client bookings into confirmed sales.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Create and present compelling sales proposals and quotations.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial inquiry to booking confirmation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Maintain and update the Company’s CRM with accurate client information.
- Represent the organisation professionally at internal and external events.
- Stay informed about current packages, pricing structures, and market trends.
