The Position: 
In this role, you will lead development projects, set up new project environments, and contribute to the design and maintenance of their internal development standards. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality code by conducting reviews and testing. Your expertise in current design and prototyping tools and UX principles will contribute to the creation of user-centric, accessible, and engaging digital experiences. A major part of your role will be to collaborate with the Delivery team to ensure projects align with the timeline and plan.  

Responsibilities:

• Lead development projects and assist in larger ones.
• Research and integrate new technologies into workflows and libraries.
• Uphold internal development standards and contribute to the design and maintenance of internal libraries, frameworks, and systems.
• Account for the quality of code produced via reviews and testing.
• Participate actively in peer-reviews of solution design and related code.

Requirements:

• BSc/BA in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of web projects delivery in an agency environment.
• Expertise in writing semantic HTML, modular CSS, and performant JavaScript.
• Familiarity with PUG or similar HTML templating systems.
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript principles and working knowledge of Git, React, APIs.
• Familiarity with current design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision Studio, Webflow, Axure RP, etc.).
• Strong understanding of UX principles, including user-centricity, consistency, hierarchy, context, user control, and accessibility (ADA WCAG 2.0 protocols).
• Familiarity with frontend design patterns and common command line tools like NPM, NVM, and SSH.
• Excellent written communication, oral presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
