As a pioneer in the industry, the company uses its extensive network and innovative technologies to deliver immersive advertising and content experiences directly to consumers' living rooms. With a strategic focus on expanding their CTV capabilities in the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) and Southeast Asia (SEA) regions, they are seeking a skilled Marketing Operations Manager to help steer their growth and enhance their market influence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a substantial portfolio of marketing projects across ANZ & SEA, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and to specification.
- Serve as the primary point of communication between internal teams and external partners, effectively managing relationships and communications.
- Rigorously define, document, and communicate project requirements and workflows to ensure clarity and effective execution.
- Oversee the logistical aspects of corporate events, including managing registrations, RSVPs, and guest interactions.
- Collaborate closely with the global Marketing Operations teams to leverage international best practices and tools for local market advantage.
- Manage the marketing budget meticulously, liaising with Finance to ensure spending is aligned with corporate goals and reporting is accurate and timely.
- Utilize advanced project management tools to monitor, track, and report on progress, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
Desired Skills and Attributes:
- A minimum of five years’ experience in project management, ideally within marketing or a related sector.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proficiency in transforming complex data into clear, actionable information.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to manage information across multiple platforms.
- A background in the media, advertising, or entertainment industries would be highly beneficial.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude, with a passion for driving efficiency and effectiveness in marketing operations.
