Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified opportunities for regional direct sales through targeted outbound prospecting.
- Conduct daily research, cold calls, and outreach via email and social media.
- Identify and qualify potential customers using effective communication and discovery techniques.
- Schedule meetings for Account Executives (AEs) with qualified prospects.
- Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring data accuracy and opportunity intelligence.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of company products to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Collaborate with global SDR teams to share insights and refine approaches.
Desired Skills and Attributes:
- 1-2+ years in a similar sales development role.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology-driven sectors like navigation or aerospace.
- Proficient in Salesforce and tools such as Sales Navigator, Lusha, or Outreach.
- Knowledge of MEDDPICC or BANT qualification frameworks is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on prioritization and time management.
- A proactive "Hunter Mindset" with a goal-oriented approach to lead generation.
