Paid Media Specialist | Social Focus | B2B | Travel Industry | Hybrid (Toronto) | $70k - $75k + Bonus (10%)

This role would sit on the B2B side of their organisation, focusing on corporate travel, solutions, meetings and events. With 9 direct reports spanning across 5 regions, you will join a wider corporate marketing team consisting of 96 members around the world.

Step into the role of a Paid Media Specialist with this well-known global travel brand! As an integral part of their cutting-edge digital team, you'll mastermind and refine high-impact paid media strategies for their premier corporate brands. Leverage substantial global and regional budgets to maximize ROI, spearhead platform expansion into Meta, TikTok, Reddit and programmatic channels, and generate actionable insights with advanced reporting techniques. They are seeking someone with an energetic, outgoing, and collaborative personality who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about pushing boundaries in digital media.

Responsibilities
- Execute paid media campaigns across paid social, paid search, and programmatic channels.
- Deliver regular media planning and performance forecasting.
- Optimize campaigns through bid/keyword management, A/B testing, and channel selection.
- Manage global and regional paid media budgets, ensuring no overspend or underspend.
- Handle media spend invoicing from platforms and third-party suppliers.
- Meet hot lead targets and contribute to total paid media revenue.
- Manage advertising platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads, Bing, and others.
- Create global account structures.
- Implement full tracking across paid media assets, feeding data into corporate reporting platforms.
- Provide monthly and campaign analyses focusing on objectives and KPIs.
- Deliver actionable insights for lead generation in collaboration with the digital marketing team.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strengths in paid social with at least exposure to SEM.
- Exposure to programmatic is nice to have.
- Relevant platform certifications are ideal (Google Ads, LinkedIn Certification, etc.).
- Comprehensive understanding of Google Analytics or other relevant reporting tools.
- High proficiency in paid media, tracking, and analytics platforms.
- Strong commercial focus with knowledge of investment, forecasting, ROI/ROAS metrics.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Highly organized with effective time management skills.
- Degree qualification is essential.
