The Role:

The Performance Marketing Specialist will join the Brand Marketing Team and play a pivotal role in driving digital growth by executing data-driven marketing strategies. This individual will manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various channels, working to enhance the company’s online presence and engage target audiences effectively. With a strong foundation in analytics and a creative approach to problem-solving, the Performance Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing who enjoys a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social, and display.
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze and report on KPIs, providing insights to inform strategic adjustments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align performance marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives.
  • Research market trends and competitor strategies to stay current on digital marketing best practices.
  • Assist in budget planning and ensure campaigns are cost-effective and ROI-focused.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong skills with A/B testing and optimization techniques
  • Ability to juggle multiple (50+) digital ad campaigns across advertising platforms.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and tools such as SEMrush, Marketo, Salesforce, Hubspot are a bonus.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
