Senior Product Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and customer engagement.

• Craft compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target customers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and engineering, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.

• Lead the creation of sales and marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, white papers, and website content.

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics.

• Analyse marketing and sales data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimise strategies accordingly.

• Drive customer segmentation and targeting efforts to maximise the impact of marketing initiatives.

• Manage and mentor a team of product marketing professionals to achieve high performance and professional growth.


Desired Skills and Attributes


• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a high-growth tech company.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.

• Strong understanding of market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.

• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights from marketing data.

• Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
