The Role
This position requires a talented and passionate UX Designer to join the team and elevate the digital user experience within the company's in-house systems. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to refine and improve system interfaces.
- Advocate for the end-user experience in all stages of product development, from concept to launch.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies to maintain a cutting-edge approach to design.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing for complex systems, or apps.
- Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to non-design stakeholders.
- Familiarity with front-end development principles and how they influence design choices.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
