The Role:

As the VP, of Managed Services, you will lead a dynamic team, driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives to enhance our service offerings. Your expertise will be crucial in developing innovative solutions that align with our client's needs and our company's objectives. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for the overall P&L of our Managed IT Services division, overseeing the sales, service delivery, and project execution to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and business growth.


Must Haves:

  • 8+ years of experience in IT service management, with a strong focus on managed services and operational leadership.
  • 5+ years of experience managing teams, driving sales, and delivering complex IT projects successfully.
  • Proven track record in P&L management and strategic planning within a professional services or technology-driven environment.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and work effectively across teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on client service and relationship building.
  • ·Passion for technology and a drive to innovate and improve service offerings in a fast-paced environment


Key Responsibilities:

  • P&L Management: Take ownership of the profit and loss for the Managed IT Services division, ensuring financial targets are met and profitability is maximized.
  • Sales Leadership: Oversee the sales strategy, working closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, generate leads, and secure new business, while developing strong client relationships.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure high-quality service delivery by managing and mentoring teams, implementing best practices, and maintaining operational standards.
  • Project Oversight: Lead project execution to guarantee timely and on-budget delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address any challenges.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to cultivate a high-performing culture.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and the primary point of contact for all managed services inquiries.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for growth and process improvement within the Managed Services division, aligning initiatives with the company’s strategic vision.
