The Role
The VP of Marketing for the Americas will be responsible for leading and shaping the marketing strategy across the US and Canada. Reporting to the regional president and collaborating with the global brand team, this leader will drive initiatives that elevate brand positioning, customer acquisition, and retention. Responsibilities

- Represent the brand at key industry events, enhancing presence and fostering client engagement.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to support the sales funnel, focusing on lead generation and conversion.
- Oversee digital marketing strategies, including paid programs, customer engagement, and lead nurturing.
- Drive retention through customer communication plans and engagement strategies that focus on satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead the development of customer-centric campaigns, designed to support upsell opportunities and increase revenue.
- Set performance metrics, monitor results, and maintain a high standard of excellence within the marketing function.
- Develop an annual marketing budget with quarterly reforecasting to align resources with strategic objectives.
- Conduct customer segmentation and analysis to inform targeted campaigns and enhance customer understanding.
Requirements
- Extensive B2B marketing experience, with a focus on funnel-driven strategies and digital platforms.
- Proven success managing marketing initiatives for the US market, with a solid understanding of go-to-market and lead generation strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- At least 3-5 years in a senior marketing role, ideally with experience in a well-known brand.
- Analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions and optimize ROI.
- Familiarity with the travel industry or exposure to a related field is advantageous.
